You don’t need a therapist.
You want a coach.

I’ll help you shatter the imaginary walls blocking your full potential.

You're a bright, driven, successful professional. Or maybe you felt that way at one point.

Somehow, your aspirations for a rewarding career and balanced life slowly morphed into feeling stuck and dissatisfied. The cycle of frustration, overwhelm, and exhaustion has you on a bullet train to burnout, and you want off this ride!

Now you’re ready to claim more for yourself.

What is that MORE? Let’s discover it together.

You’re the expert on yourself.

I’ll help you level up.

A winning team.

Accountability.
Support.
Inspiration.

I’ll help you uncover the answers that reveal what genuine fulfillment can look like in your professional and personal life.

Believe.
Grow.
Achieve.

You’ll identify what you truly want, pinpoint obstacles, and do the work to design a life you‘re excited to wake up to everyday.

You have one life – let’s make it count!

About me.

As a Success Coach, I take pride in helping my clients harness their courage, confidence, and wisdom to forge a fulfilling life of their own design.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach and Life Coach, and hold a B.A. from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts where I graduated Summa Cum Laude in Psychology & Hispanic Studies, earning membership into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

I’ve been a coach for 17 years and am well-known for my youth coaching business, Wise Student. I speak Spanish, Italian, and Greek, and love to travel and share my culture & family traditions with friends and clients alike. In my spare time, I have a blast playing tennis and being a youth soccer referee. I was honored to be named Referee of the Year for the AYSO 2021 season, my first year refereeing.

I grew up on the East Coast, and live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my very Italian husband and two awesome kids.

I’m excited to get down to the business of helping you create the life you’re made for. You’re so ready – let’s do this!

Believing in your success,
Penny
